My Thoughts On Himalaya AyurSlim Tea
The basic idea of this tea is that it will control your food cravings and thus you will stay away from gaining extra calories. And this tea really helps you in that, you just need to sip a cup of it. In my case in evenings, I feel like always having my hands on some chat or chips or cookies. It has a bitter taste.The tea has lemon powder, which was suppose to give refreshing feel but I could smell it. If you are not bothered about the taste and just want to keep a check on your weight, go for it !
