The Very Berry Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Here’s an amazing anti oxidants rich the very Berry Blueberry Smoothie recipe. I totally believe that what we take in has so much impact on our skin. Nature has blessed us with some great powerful nutrients packed fruits, like Blueberries, that can help our skin glow, strengthen our hair and help us look younger.
This smoothie is super quick, takes not more than 5 mins. You can use fresh or frozen blueberries, anything that easily available for you. You are definitely going to love this recipe, it’s not so boring tasteless but it’s so yum!! Let’s get gather all the ingredients and jump onto the recipe. I am not going to use here any milk or yogurt or even a banana like our typical smoothies, it’s different 😉.
- 1 cup Blueberries( fresh or frozen)
- 1 small Apple.
- A cup of juice (Orange/ Berries/ any of your choice)
- Clean the Blueberries, put them into the blender.
- Clean and peel the apple, chop into small pieces, and put it in blender.
- Add a cup of juice of your choice, I love berries, so I am adding here mixed berries juice.
- Blend it for a 2-3 mins. Pour it in a glass and there you go. Your very Berry Blueberry Smoothie is ready!!
