Here I am with a quick and nutrients rich recipe – “Dates Smoothie”. Morning time we are always in hurry with so many tasks on hand and we often look out for options that are quick yet healthy for our breakfast, aren’t we? This recipe is super quick and easy , and takes just 10 mins approx. I am very excited to share this with you guys, so keep reading!

Dates are packed with minerals like Iron, Potassium, Magnesium, Copper, Vitamin B-6, proteins and fiber. They are also rich in anti oxidants. You are going to get all these benefits of Dates along with goodness of Banana and milk. You will not need to add sugar or any other sweetner, coz this smoothie has natural sweetness from Dates. Quick Nutrients Rich Dates Smoothie Recipe


  • 7-8 Dates
  • 1 large Banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups Milk ( Almond or whichever you prefer)
  • Few ice cubes



  • De- seed the Dates and chop them finely.
  • Peel and thickly slice the Banana.
  • Add the chopped Dates and Banana into blender.
  • Add fresh chilled milk.
  • Blend it for 2-3 mins, till you see thick smoothie without any lumps.
  • Take out into the glass, add few ice cubes.
  • You can also add few nuts(Almonds, Cashews) to add some crunchiness.
