Protein Ladoo Recipe| Sugar free, Healthy& Tasty

Yay!! Today we are gonna talk about sweet recipe ๐Ÿ˜‹, a Protein packed Ladoo that is absolutely added-sugar free, super super healthy and tasty. I like sweets, and who don’t?!! and every now and then, whenever I am hungry I just open my refrigerator to grab a piece of chocolate. And slowly I got addicted, and also the potion size too increased. Where I was having just a square piece, now I was having almost five.

When I talked to my mom, she suggested eat sweets but the healthy version of it. I really liked the idea, I remembered how my mom would make dry fruits ladoos, and I would just grab it and have it on my way. This dry fruits ladoos recipe is not something very new guys, you can ask your mum or granny and surely they would know it. But just to save you even that hazzle, I have my style recipe here ๐Ÿ˜Š.

These ladoos has all the goodness from dry fruits Dates, Raisins and nuts like Almonds Cashews, Coconut. Now we all know how much nutritious these all are good in proteins, energy, fibre, minerals and vitamins. Also I have added in few seeds to charge them with Omega3 essential fatty acids and added plus point is we don’t require any sugar to add here.

It will keep your energy level good, so you have have it after your workout as well. Why only after workout, whenever you are in hurry and got no time for snack, you can carry these along in a small box and have them wherever you are. So shall we proceed to the recipe? But first let’s gather the ingredients.


  • 1/2 cup Dates
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped Almonds
  • 2 tbsp roughly chopped cashews
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp desicated coconut
  • 1-2 tsp of ghee to mould Ladoo(you can totally skip this, if you want it vegan)


Remove seeds from dates, put them in food processor jar.

Add all the remaining ingredients(except ghee) in the processor.

Run the processor and let them mix well for about 5 secs.

Then stop and check if they are mixed well but keep the texture coarse.

Now add ghee and again run the food processor for a few secs.

Now take out the contents into a clean bowl.

Grease your palms with ghee and now take a small part of the mixture and now make ladoos.

This is additional step, just to make the ladoos more interesting๐Ÿ˜œ, in a plate, take desicated coconut and roll ladoos over. This is how my ladoos turned out! Wow!! They taste heavenly!! Do try it guys.
