Healthy And Delicious Avocado Toast Recipe

I have got this super yum and healthy Avocado Toast recipe for today’s post. Avocados as you know is one super food packed with anti oxidants, vitamins like A, C and K and also contains good fats that are great for maintaining weight.




Avocado Toast is very easy, you hardly need any cooking skills here 😜 and takes less than 5 mins. It makes an amazingly quick breakfast option or wonderful filling evening snack.

Once you know this basic recipe, you can happily try different variations as per your like, adding some veggies, or mixing different herbs, everything just tastes awesome!!

Healthy And Delicious Avocado Toast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized Avocado peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup washed and chopped Cilantro or Coriander
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp grounded black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 Multi grain bread slices
  • Roasted Sesame seeds for sprinkling




Instructions

  • In a bowl mash the Avocado slices.
  • Add all the ingredients (tomatoes, lemon juice, salt, chili and pepper) and give it a mix.
  • Now roast the bread slices till golden brown or till they turn crispy.
  • Now spread the avocado mix over the roasted bread slices.
  • Sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds to add in a little more flavor.
  • Ta daa!! Your tasty toast is ready!

You can add Thyme or Oregano or any herb of your choice if you want to skip cilantro. To make it more healthy you can add a few roasted veggies.
