- ginger 1/4th inch piece
- Filtered water 1/2 cup
- Lemon 1/2
- Black salt 1/4 tsp
How to make
- Peel and cut the carrots roughly and place them in blender.
- Add ginger and squeeze lemon to it.
- Blend for 2 mins and pour it in a glass.
- Add black salt and stir well.

- Beetroot 2 small sized/1 large
- Chilled water 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
- Lemon half
How to make
- Peel and cut Beetroot. In a blender add beetroot and water.
- Blend for 2 mins.
- Pour it in a glass, add salt and lemon.
- Stir well and serve.
